“Do you want to know what other title agents are talking about? Please join the American Land Title Association (ALTA) for their Agents & Abstracters Forum prior to the start of the 2015 Kansas Land Title Association?s Convention. This meeting provides an unparalleled opportunity for small agents and abstracters to meet with your peers and freely exchange ideas, experience and opinions on issues that affect your business today. The agenda is developed by title agents, for title agents. The discussion flows freely since there are only agents in attendance. Come and join in the discussion of major issues of the day that affect ALTA & KLTA members.
As we approach the October 1 implementation deadline, many companies are contemplating how to implement Best Practices. This session will discuss how small companies can overcome challenges they face ranging from software systems to evolving lender requirements, and will provide detailed instruction on how to write policies and procedures that comply with Best Practices.?
