The 2019 SCPA Academic Day event will be held on Thursday November 7 at Columbia College

Over the past 20 years, the South Carolina Psychological Association has hosted hundreds of students, professors, and other psychology professionals and leaders at our annual Academic Day events.

The 2019 Academic Day will feature:

• A keynote address from a prominent psychologist featuring cutting edge research
• A panel discussion of graduate school opportunities in psychology and related fields
• Student quiz bowl competition

The highlight of the event is the quiz bowl, in which teams of students representing their respective schools put their knowledge of psychology to the test in a competition for statewide bragging rights and a cash prize (1^st place $75, 2^nd place $50, 3^rd place $25).
