SCPA offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities. Choose the partnership that best works for your company.
Exhibit:
Exhibiting Partners receive registration and CE certification for one (1) company representative. The exhibit hall is accessible to all conference attendees during operation hours and will host multiple receptions and session breaks during the conference.
- Early Bird Table Top Registration (by Feb. 10): $500
- Regular Table Top Registration: $600
- Additional company representative: $300
Take-One Brochure Table or Conference Bag Insert:
For the benefit of those who do not, or cannot, rent a table top, a Take-One Brochure Exhibit/Table for the distribution of free brochures and other material is available. Pamphlets, brochures, leaflets, cards, magazines, etc. will be displayed prominently so that attendees can help themselves. This will be for paid Take-One Exhibitors ONLY. Other materials will be removed. A fee of $300 will be charged for this service.
Professional Partner Levels:
Companies may choose an annual Professional Partnership that provides on-going recognition by selecting the most relevant level with its accompanying benefits.

SCPA’s website and electronic communications offer online display and classified advertising opportunities. Display ads may include links to advertiser’s website. SCPA distributes monthly electronic communications.
- Display and classified advertisements less than 150 words: $100/month or $250/3 months
- Display and classified advertisements exceeding 150 words: $150/month or $400/3 months.

Advertisements accepted on our web site must be consistent with the American Psychological Association Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct. SCPA will not accept advertisements from organizations/individuals who discriminate against persons on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, color or national origin. SCPA does not accept adult content, links to illegal activity of any kind, or other content deemed inappropriate by the SCPA Staff or Board of Directors. SCPA reserves the right to remove an ad without notice and without providing a refund if an organization or individual is found to be in violation of any of the above.
